I really love using MUA’s products as they are a bargain and there’s nothing really to lose so I went ahead and ordered the cover and conceal wand in almond. I must say the look of the product looks just as well as any other drugstore concealer although isn’t as good at the Maybelline age rewind which I had in nude for £8, so thought what the heck, might as well buy MUA’s £1.50 concealer because it’s cheap and it might actually work well on my face so I went for it.
there are three shades available in this concealer which is fair, natural and almond and I had opted for the almond which I thought was the nearest shade for my skintone, maybe a bit too light but was fine with me because it could also work as a highlighter. The package itself is just like a lipgloss and the applicator is just the same so it’s easy to apply and spread. you can also spread it with your fingers and/or use a beauty blender to spread it out evenly so it works both ways.
I did some samples on my under eye circles to give you an easier take on how the concealer works on my dark circles and well I’ll let you be the judge:
these are the before pictures without the concealer^^

judging by the images, I think this concealer does the job and makes my eyes stand out more although my eyes still show the dark circles because my eyes itself are deep set which you can’t see in the picture. However I really like the feeling of the concealer, it’s neither heavy nor light on the eyes so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable or make my eyes look puffy so i didn’t feel as if i’ve applied anything on. The coverage is quite mediocre as when looking into the mirror the dark circles were still visible and didn’t really seem to look as if it’s been ‘covered and concealed’. But overall, for the price you really aren’t losing out on anything and it’s quite cheap but if you’re looking for more coverage, your best bet is to go for something a bit more pricy.
